My name is Sander Kraaij. I work as a postdoctoral researcher and academic lecturer in economics at Leiden University. I specialize in labor and personnel economics, using observational data to study inequality and management practices.

Previously, I completed my doctorate at the University of Cologne, advised by Dirk Sliwka and Anna Bindler.
